Not a rendering, not a "coming soon" — Azure builds three genuine two-bedroom modular homes today, 3D-printed from recycled plastic and delivered move-in ready. From the $109,900 X_360 on wheels to the 900 sq ft flagship with 1.5 baths.
Most "2 bedroom modular home" searches end in a maze of floor-plan PDFs and dealer quote forms. Azure keeps it simple: three two-bedroom models with published starting prices — the X_360 ($109,900, on wheels), the A_720.2 ($174,900, two junior bedrooms), and the 900 ($219,900, 2 bed / 1.5 bath). Each is robotically 3D-printed from recycled polymers in our Gardena, California factory — the shell prints in about a day, finishes go in over 4–15 days, and on-site installation takes 1–4 days. Up to 70% faster than traditional construction, at a fixed price you see before you sign.
If you're still sizing your budget, our guide to how much modular homes cost breaks down the full picture, and buyers working under six figures should start with modular homes under $100K.
Honest answer: Azure does not currently build a two-bathroom model. Our closest fit is the 900 — 2 bedrooms with 1.5 baths (a full bathroom plus a half bath), which covers the morning-rush problem most buyers are actually trying to solve. Finishes, fixtures, glazing, and comfort options like HVAC and solar are configurable on every model; bathroom count is part of the printed floor plan and is not. If a true second full bath is non-negotiable, many buyers pair a main unit with a bathroom-equipped Azure studio or small modular home on the same lot — two printed structures often still land under a single site-built budget.
Real, current models with real starting prices — compare footprint, bathrooms, and foundation type before you talk to anyone.
Two bedrooms on a wheeled chassis means a couple or small family unit that can sit on leased land, a rural parcel, or a glamping site — and move if plans change. At $109,900 with washer/dryer included, it's also the strongest nightly-rate play per dollar in the lineup.
Two junior bedrooms in 720 sq ft is the sweet spot for an aging parent plus a grandkid's room, a returning adult child, or a long-term rental ADU behind the main house — private sleeping for two without committing to the flagship footprint.
Azure's largest model: two full bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and a real kitchen across 900 sq ft. The half bath keeps guests out of your ensuite and school mornings sane — the closest thing in the lineup to a conventional starter home, at $219,900.
Every Azure two-bedroom starts as recycled polymer — roughly the equivalent of 100,000 plastic bottles per 120 sq ft — robotically printed into a sealed shell in about one day, with 0% print waste. Electrical, plumbing, and interior finishes are installed in the factory over 4–15 days, so weather and trade scheduling never touch your timeline.
Configuration takes about an hour with a salesperson or the online configurator; delivery takes 1–2 days and on-site hookups 1–4 more. Loan pre-qualification is available through our partner Acorn Finance. Need a third bedroom instead? See our 3 bedroom modular homes guide.

Azure's two-bedroom models start at $109,900 for the X_360 (360 sq ft, on wheels), $174,900 for the A_720.2 (720 sq ft, two junior bedrooms), and $219,900 for the 900 (900 sq ft, 2 bed / 1.5 bath). These are fixed factory starting prices; loan pre-qualification is available through Acorn Finance.
Not currently. Azure's closest model is the 900, which pairs two bedrooms with 1.5 baths — a full bathroom plus a half bath. Finishes, fixtures, and options like HVAC and solar are configurable, but bathroom count is fixed per floor plan. Buyers who need a second full bath often add a bathroom-equipped Azure studio unit on the same property.
The X_360 is 360 sq ft (9'×40') on a wheeled chassis with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a kitchen, and washer/dryer — movable and $109,900. The 900 is a 900 sq ft (18'×50') site-set home with two full bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and a full kitchen at $219,900 — built for full-time family living.
The A_720.2 divides its 720 sq ft into two compact junior bedrooms alongside a kitchen and full bath. They're smaller than the 900's full bedrooms — ideal for a parent-plus-child ADU, guest quarters, or a rental where two private sleeping rooms matter more than large ones. The same shell is also available as the one-bedroom A_720.1.
Configuration takes about an hour, the shell prints in roughly one day, factory finishing (electrical, plumbing, interiors) takes 4–15 days, delivery 1–2 days, and on-site installation with hookups 1–4 days — up to 70% faster than traditional construction overall.
Yes. Every model is robotically 3D-printed from fortified recycled polymers — about the equivalent of 100,000 plastic bottles per 120 sq ft — with 0% print waste. The process was named one of TIME's Best Inventions of 2022.
